CATERING TERMS & CONDITIONS::

Refunds Will Take 160-180 Days.

  1. Increment of order must be in multiples of 5 pax
  2. Food comes with a complete table layout with spandex, food warmers, and a full set of disposable wares, serviettes & garbage bags.
  3. Food is best consumed within 3 hours. NO takeaway packaging materials will be provided.
  4. The menu is not entitled to further discounts unless otherwise stated.
  5. Package prices quoted are subject to GST.
  6. Orders must be placed 3 working days prior to the event date.
  7. Delivery charge of $68.80 ($74.90 w/GST) per return trip applies.
  8. A surcharge of $10 ($10.70 w GST) applies for delivery to offshore areas (Sentosa, Jurong Island). No waiver of delivery charge for these locations.
  9. Additional surcharge of $10.00 (10.70 w/GST) applies for CBD and Orchard areas (First 2 digits of postal code: 01, 02, 03, 04, 05, 06, 07, 08, 17, 18, 19, 22 & 23, 24) for all deliveries.
  10. Buffet set-up at any landed property will be done at ground level only. Happy Mama Papa Catering Pte Ltd will not be held responsible for any damages during set-up.
  11. A surcharge of $100.00 ($107 w/GST) applies for delivery to venues without direct lift landing, subject to approval.
  12. Collection for the following day after the event date will be chargeable at $100 ($107 w/GST) per trip.
  13. Happy Mama Papa Catering Pte Ltd reserves the right to exchange a dish to another of equivalent value without prior notice because of seasonality. Customers check the order and delivery details provided in the order confirmation. Happy Mama Papa Catering Pte Ltd will not be liable for any charges made because of customers’ oversight.

MINI BUFFET/ BENTO/ PARTY SETS

  1. Food items should be best consumed within 2 hours from the time of collection/delivery.
  2. The actual delivery time may vary 30 minutes before or after the stipulated delivery time.
  3. Orders must be placed 3 working days prior to the event date
  4. Delivery charge of $20.00 ($21.40 w/GST) per trip applies.
  5. A surcharge of $10 ($10.70 w GST) applies for delivery to offshore areas (Sentosa, Jurong Island). No waiver of delivery charge for these locations.
  6. Additional surcharge of $10.00 (10.70 w/GST) applies for CBD and Orchard areas (First 2 digits of postal code: 01, 02, 03, 04, 05, 06, 07, 08, 17, 18, 19, 22 & 23, 24) for all deliveries.
    Food items are packed in ready-to-serve containers and boxes.
  7. Pre-packed biodegradable disposable cutleries are provided per every set.
  8. Our containers are microwavable and of food grade material, which is non-toxic and safe for food storage.
  9. Table for food and warmers is not provided.
  10. All items, menus and prices are subjected to changes or withdrawal without prior notice at the sole discretion of the company.
  11. All items, menus and confirmations are subjected to availability on a first-come-first-served basis.
  12. Photographs are for illustration ‌only and may not represent actual items.

TINGKAT TERMS & CONDITIONS:

  1. Once payment has been made, there will be no refund should you decide to terminate the service.
  2. Payment must be paid up in full before or on the first day of delivery. We reserve the right to terminate service if payment is not paid up in time.
  3. All cheques must be crossed and made payable to: Happy Mama Papa Catering Pte Ltd
    Please ensure that your order number is written on the reverse side of the cheque.
  4. There will be no refund for early termination of the contract.
    All packages, if auto-renewal is selected, will be auto renewed to the next cycle unless being informed 3 working days, in advance, via email: happymamapapacatering23@gmail.com
  5. Non-continuation of contract must be informed, in writing to email: happymamapapacatering23@gmail.com, 3 working days before contract end. Otherwise, it will be activated even if payment is not received.
  6. We reserve the right to recover for the amount that delivery is made to you.
  7. For meal postponement (maximum 1 day a week), if you are intending to dine out, please notify us at least 3 working days in advance. The meal will be pushed back to a later date.
  8. Please ensure you are at home to receive your delivery to avoid food wastage. No refund will be given for failed deliveries.For re-delivery, there will be a $15.00 ($16.05 w/GST) fee.
  9. Delivery to Residential Only * For Condominium delivery, we need your assistance for smooth delivery to your unit. If we are unable to go up to your unit, due to security reasons or any other reasons, we will give you a call. However, if you are unreachable after our third call attempt, we will move on with other delivery and your order will be forfeited.
  10. Delivery hours: Lunch (9.30 am to 1.30 pm), Dinner (3.30 pm to 7.30 pm).
  11. We deliver from Monday to Sunday and on Public Holidays. Please indicate if you wish to skip weekends and Public Holidays.
  12. Due to the seasonal nature of vegetables and product availability, we reserve the right to change the menu without notice.
  13. Happy Mama Papa Catering Pte Ltd reserves a right to amend our product packaging without prior notice. All pictures are subject to illustration purposes.
  14. Happy Mama Papa Catering Pte shall not bear any responsibility for food consumed after the stipulated timeline.
  15. An administrative fee of $25.00 ($26.75 w/ GST) per amendment will be imposed by the Company for any amendments (excluding meal postponement) made by the Customer after an order has been confirmed.
  16. All prices quoted in Happy Mama Papa Catering Pte are subjected to 7% GST.

SALES TERMS & CONDITIONS:

  1. Full payment is required upon order confirmation.
  2. Order will be processed once we received an acknowledgement via SMS or email.
  3. An advance order of 3 working days is required.
  4. We will contact the customer within 2 working days upon receiving the electronic order. Customers who did not hear from us are advised to contact us to confirm their order.
  5. Cancellations are not permitted. Any amendments/postponements must be made at least 3 working days prior to the order date.
    An administrative fee of 50% of the total value of the order will be imposed for any amendment made less than 3 days prior to the date of order.
  6. All prices stated are subjected to change and prevailing GST charges.

ADMINISTRATIVE TERMS & CONDITIONS:

  1. Happy Mama Papa Catering Pte Ltd may amend the terms and conditions, ‌including without limitation, by posting revised terms on its website at the URL www.happymamapapacatering.com, which amended terms and conditions shall be binding upon.
  2. By submitting your order, you agree that we may collect, use, and disclose your personal data, as provided in this application form, for the purpose of our catering service.
  3. By signing up a package with us, you agree to receive all the information about our services.
  4. Our Working Hours is Mon to Fri 9am to 6pm and Sat 9am to 1pm.
    By taking up our service, you agree to our terms and conditions.
